Service Description

Ever wanted to try yoga but not quite flexible enough to make it through a class? Ever wanted to touch the floor, swing the golf club, baseball or shuffle a little more? Tight hips from cycling? Our one on one sessions focus on the individual's ailments and injuries (if any) to increase your mobility, rotation of movement and flexibility with assisted preventive stretch therapy. Allow Phenix Organics to assist your body in becoming more mobile by tailoring private sessions to achieve your mobility goals.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations less than 48hours will result in a credit.
