Service Description

This community class invites you to practice yoga anywhere! it guides participants through a series of asanas (poses) allowing you to be aware of the body, your thoughts and emotions as your body is repositioned. Creating awareness in the body allows awareness of movement so we may move with intention.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations less than 48hours will result in a credit.
